Epstein victim sues Ghislaine Maxwell and the billionaire pedophile’s estate for damages less than a year after telling trial she was ‘raped countless times’ and forced to have an abortion

One of the women who came forward as Jeffrey Epstein’s victim during Ghislaine Maxwell’s sex trafficking trial is now suing her and the late financier’s estate.

Elizabeth Stein read an impact statement at the socialite’s sentencing, saying she was a student when Maxwell approached her and brought her into the syndicate.

“I was assaulted, raped and trafficked numerous times in New York and Florida over a three-year period,” Stein said in court, adding that at one point she became pregnant and had an abortion.

She is seeking damages in a lawsuit filed Wednesday that names two executors for Epstein’s estate in addition to Maxwell.

In 1992, while attending the Fashion Institute of Technology as a teenager, Stein began interning at the now-defunct Henri Bendel department store.

Elizabeth Stein, a former victim of Jeffrey Epstein, has revealed that she had to have an abortion after becoming pregnant at the hands of one of the many men she was trafficked to

She claims she was lured into Epstein’s sleazy sex trafficking ring after Epstein approached her while she worked at a department store

Maxwell allegedly asked Stein to deliver her purchases to a hotel room, where she was later forced to have a threesome with her and Epstein

About two years after taking office, when she was 21, Maxwell approached her, according to the complaint.

While Maxwell was shopping, she claimed that her colleague was close friends with Les Wexner, former CEO of Victoria’s Secret, whose retail and marketing conglomerate once owned Henri Bendel.

The complaint states that Maxwell later asked Stein to deliver her purchases to the St. Regis on Fifth Avenue. There, the concierge directed her to the bar, where Maxwell and Epstein were drinking.

Stein joined Maxwell and Epstein in a hotel room to deliver the packages. The pair reportedly changed into monogrammed bathrobes before asking about Stein’s “personal and sex life.”

They allegedly began kissing and touching each other before asking if Stein had ever participated in a threesome.

“Maxwell then encouraged Stein to join them and assured her that ‘it would be fun,’” the complaint reads.

Because Stein was “hesitant and afraid that Epstein or Maxwell would hurt her physically and professionally,” she complied. At one point Stein allegedly asked to stop, but was ignored.

The duo relented after she said her then-boyfriend was on his way home — but when she left, Epstein “handed her money and said it was a ‘tip,'” the complaint reads.

Stein felt “confused, betrayed, humiliated and completely violated” by the gesture. What followed was “a three-year nightmare,” the complaint said.

Despite her attempts to get away from the duo, Maxwell tracked Stein down when she started working at another store and invited her to a party in the fall of 1995, the indictment said.

She was allegedly raped by Epstein while Maxwell restrained her, and then raped by an unknown man

To “make up for the attack,” Maxwell invited Stein on a vacation to Epstein’s Palm Beach home, where she was raped as other guests watched, the complaint said.

In 1994, Stein was asked to become assistant manager at Henri Bendel, but she declined the role to concentrate on her education.

Months later, Maxwell called Stein, furious that she had rejected the job offer that “Maxwell and Epstein were involved in securing,” the complaint said.

Stein took a job at Bloomingdale’s after graduating. But Maxwell reportedly came in a few months later and “friended” her again.

In the fall of 1995, Maxwell invited Stein to Epstein’s home for dinner, where Stein was taken to a room with a massage table. According to the complaint, she was required to “perform sexual acts with others in the room.”

Months later, Maxwell allegedly invited Stein to a New Year’s Eve party at the Waldorf Astoria and bought her a dress to wear.

Stein later learned that her “date” was Maxwell and Epstein, who allegedly told her to have sex with them.

When she resisted, the duo became “physically aggressive,” made fun of her for taking the subway to the party, and said they were “going to show her what a train is tonight.”

Epstein then raped her vaginally, anally and orally while Maxwell held her down, the complaint said.

Afterwards, Stein was allegedly raped by an unknown man while she was restrained by Maxwell and Epstein before they all went downstairs. The complaint states that Stein left after she started vomiting.

“To make up for the sexual assault over the New Year,” Maxwell invited Stein on a vacation to Florida, the complaint alleges.

In Florida, Stein was taken to Epstein’s home in Palm Beach, where she was “sexually assaulted by the pool while other guests watched.”

According to the complaint, Stein began to resist the abuse, which resulted in a punishment. She was reportedly not allowed to leave Florida for several days, which led to her being fired.

Maxwell was sentenced to 20 years in prison last year

After returning home, she discovered that she had become pregnant and that Maxwell had allegedly forced her to have an abortion.

The duo “continued to stalk her with repeated phone calls and telegraphic messages to her,” the complaint reads.

Stein attended Maxwell’s trial for the first time in 2021 and watched the proceedings as an audience member.

She returned to Manhattan in June 2022 for the heiress’ sentencing and read a victim impact statement, describing the events as “so traumatizing that to this day I can’t talk about them.”

She said Epstein and Maxwell “scared her to death” and threatened to kill her if she told anyone what they were doing.

Epstein was found dead in his prison cell in 2019 while awaiting trial. His death was ruled a suicide.

Maxwell was sentenced two years later to twenty years in prison.

She earned the nickname “Prison Karen” at FCI Tallahassee in Florida after filing more than 400 complaints about prison conditions.

In May, prosecutor Carolyn Adriano — whose testimony helped put Maxwell behind bars — was found dead in a hotel room of a suspected overdose.

Following Maxwell’s sentencing, Adriano spoke to Ny Breaking.com and said she was happy her voice was heard.

“It’s so important because I have my own daughters now,” she said during an exclusive interview in 2022.

During the trial, Carolyn did not use her last name, but revealed it to empower other victims of abuse.

“I am not ashamed of being a victim of Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell,” Adriano said.

“For other girls who have been victimized, I want them to know that it’s okay to come out and tell someone — even if you don’t want to be identified — and the sooner the better.”
