Epic Mint mobile deal: Get an unlimited plan for $15/month plus a free second line
Mint Mobile has the most comprehensive range of deals we’ve seen yet from this excellent prepaid provider. Not only can you currently benefit from the reintroduction of the popular Unlimited 3-month subscription for a $15 per month dealbut the carrier also throws one in free second line if you switch from AT&T or Verizon.
The first Mint Mobile deal listed here gets you a 3-month subscription for just $15 per month ($45 total). Because this deal applies to all subscriptions, you should of course make sure that you choose the most expensive subscription in the range: the unlimited subscription.
This plan usually sets you back $30 per month at the cheapest rate, so you’re essentially getting a half-price deal here. Please note that you can change your subscription from the unlimited level if you later decide that you prefer a cheaper option.
The second deal featured today at Mint is super rare Buy one get one free promotion for new customers. This is the first time we’ve seen the carrier offer these types of deals, although they’re specifically aimed at customers of major rivals AT&T and Verizon. You’ll need to be on one of those carriers to take advantage of this, but it’s stackable with the super-cheap 3-month deal that’s now also available at Mint.

Mint Mobile currently offers some of the best prepaid plans on the market if you focus solely on value. In particular, the annual plans offer incredibly low prices (like $30 per month for the unlimited plan), but the carrier’s payment model does mean you have to pay for a full year of service upfront for the best prices on average.
As a prepaid provider, Mint Mobile is also subject to deprioritization, meaning parent network T-Mobile can slow down network speeds if the local area is busy. This may or may not be a problem depending on where you live, but it’s something you should keep in mind if you go with Mint or another prepaid provider.
