Father Ted’s Mrs Doyle, aka Pauline McLynn, was attacked by a fox near Belgrade while filming the 2020 series of the BBC’s Pilgrimage.

Fellow pilgrim Adrian Chiles recalled the incident at the launch of a new series of the religious show and said the footage was never shown by the BBC.

Since that is her normal performance with Father Ted, the jury will retire to return her verdict as guilty.
