The Blues are set to have a busy day with a few outings looking likely. With Fernandez’s deal starting to pick up, the Blues are looking to get rid of some players in midfield.

Italy international Jorginho has agreed a transfer to Premier League leaders Arsenal. Also on the move, winger Hakim Ziyech is currently in Paris before being loaned out to PSG.

1- Enzo Fernandez to Chelsea

Chelsea have made a new offer worth up to £115m for Benfica midfielder Enzo Fernandez.

The Blues are optimistic they can land the World Cup winner, and the deal could make him the most expensive signing in British football history.

Chelsea have refused to give up on signing Fernández after previously becoming frustrated at the window and have resumed their push to sign the 22-year-old before tonight’s 11pm deadline.

2- Jorginho to Arsenal

Arsenal have reached an agreement with Chelsea over a deal for Jorginho after turning their attention away from Brighton midfielder Moises Caicedo.

Arsenal were keen to sign Caicedo, but their £70m offer was recently turned down.

Therefore, Arsenal decided to turn their attention to Jorginho and Sportsmail can now reveal that the Gunners have agreed to sign the 31-year-old on an 18-month deal worth £12m.

3- Pedro Porro to Tottenham

Tottenham have reached a £42m deal for Sporting Lisbon star Pedro Porro, with the player traveling to London today for a medical at the club.

The move looked in doubt after taking a turn when the Portuguese club canceled the transfer despite a medical being planned for the star.

Talks were revived on Monday night when the price was raised from £39m to £42m and Sporting asked Spurs to forfeit a percentage of their sale for winger Marcus Edwards as part of the deal.

4- Conor Gallagher to Newcastle or Everton

Everton have made a bold offer of more than £40m for Chelsea’s Conor Gallagher, but the midfielder has no desire to leave.

The offer, which includes £5m in add-ons, comes an hour after Sean Dyche was formally appointed Everton manager.

Newcastle are also reportedly interested in signing Gallagher.

5- Hakim Ziyech to PSG

Cheslea is ready to accept a loan offer from Paris Saint-Germain for winger Hakim Ziyech.

The Moroccan is already in Paris with a view to signing for PSG for the remainder of the season.

Ziyech moved to Stamford Bridge from Ajax in 2020 after starring in the Dutch side’s impressive run to the 2019 Champions League semi-finals.

Since moving to Chelsea, Ziyech has been unable to sustain a Chelsea first-team career since joining the club, despite helping them win the Champions League in 2021.

6- Iván Fresenda to Arsenal or Borussia Dortmund

Arsenal target Ivan Fresenda could still leave Real Valladolid today, despite the La Liga outfit being keen to keep the right-back for the rest of the season.

Arsenal and Borussia Dortmund have been following the 18-year-old throughout the transfer window after his impressive performances so far this season.

Both clubs are said to have agreed a £13m deal for the youngster, with the defender set to be loaned out to Valladolid for the remainder of the season as part of the deals.

7- Sofyan Amrabat to Barcelona

Barcelona could take Sofyan Amrabat on loan until the end of the season.

Both Barcelona and the player have agreed to the change, so the decision rests with the Serie A team.

Barca had been told they couldn’t register new contracts for midfielder Gavi and defender Ronald Araujo last week, so the signing would surprise their LaLiga rivals.

8- Nicolo Zaniolo to Leeds United

Leeds United are in regular talks with Roma about a deadline day for Nicolo Zaniolo.

The winger has become a big target for Leeds with Roma willing to let him go.

Now it is said that the Whites are analyzing the loan of the Italian international who has fallen out of favor with Roma.

9- Albert Sambi Lokonga to the Crystal Palace

Crystal Palace are in talks to sign Arsenal midfielder Albert Sambi Lokonga on loan until the end of the season.

Lokonga have started just two league games for Mikel Arteta’s men this season, and the Arsenal boss prefers a midfield trio of Thomas Partey, Granit Xhaka and Martin Odegaard.

The 23-year-old could now get more playing time at Selhurst Park if Palace can agree a deal with the Gunners.

Everton are exploring the possibility of signing West Ham defender Ben Johnson.
