Sandra Corinna Kinzl, living between Austria and the Netherlands, opened the door of her custom-made G450 Gulfstream for the YouTube channel Gag clearly.

In the video tour, she reveals that the matte black exterior paint job alone cost $500,000, while the slick renovation cost her another $5 million.

As for some design features, she says she opted for fabric chairs instead of “boring and old-fashioned” leather and sourced black marble from Italy for the kitchen and bathroom countertops.

She also designed the carpet itself, where the weave contains a contemporary pattern in black and gray tones.

To contrast the matte finish of the cabin walls, Sandra has opted for bright chrome ceiling lamp holders and air outlets, with matching seat belt buckles.

The globetrotter said that when she was looking for a plane to refurbish, she chose a Gulfstream G450 because it is the best in terms of size and range and “you can also fly it to the US.”

The aircraft is approximately 11 years old and the 2012 model sold for just under $16 million on the second-hand market.

The video shows what Sandra’s plane looked like before the makeover, with a glossy white exterior and stripped interior.

She believes “this is the most expensive paint job ever done on a G450” and commissioned a company called General Atomics to complete the work.

The aviation expert and entrepreneur now uses her private jet as a case study for her company SCK Aviation.

The consultancy specializes in helping clients find an aircraft, refurbish it and find the right operator to operate it.

Sandra says she is a big fan of customization and finds traditional private jets with ‘stripes and beige’ boring and untypical.

She explains in one excerpt, “I also find that the normal way of flying privately – you know, the white planes with stripes and beige interiors – is not what I would want to fly in style.”

To date, Sandra’s private jet tour has been viewed more than 64,000 times on YouTube, with many viewers applauding her grand designs.

One commenter wrote: ‘Wow, that thing looks insane! I fly some very light jets and liked a Phenom 300 (airplane) from our customer, but this has to be the most beautiful airplane I have ever seen inside and out. Just wow!’

Another fan mused: ‘If I ever have a private plane it would definitely be like this. Black on black and especially matte black. Nice.’
