English footballer Mason Mount has confirmed his divorce from his model girlfriend Chloe Wealleans-Watts after five years together.
The 23-year-old has stated that “football is his priority” as The Three Lions prepare for the 2022 World Cup.
Speak with Tatler he added that he goes on dates “sometimes” since his breakup, but only “when he comes to London.”

“Football is my priority,” he told the glossy magazine when asked about his relationship status.
It’s not clear when the couple broke up, but it’s believed to be earlier this year.

She and Chelsea star Mason are said to have met in 2017 and started dating shortly after, after going on many extravagant journeys together.
She uploaded a photo taken a few years ago against a beautiful sunset with the caption: ‘You made my first time in Dubai unforgettable! Thanks for everything!’
Elsewhere in the Tatler interview, Mason joked that he “never set foot in a pub” before the World Cup.
Mason starred in a new photoshoot for the magazine’s December issue and swapped his soccer uniform for a plush tuxedo when he joined model Emilia Boateng for the photos.

Speaking to the publication, the sportsman said England are preparing to “make the nation proud” as he ponders winning the 2020/21 UEFA Champions League with Chelsea.
Mason described the win as “the best feeling ever” but added that the team “celebrated with some water.”
He went on to joke that he had “never been to a pub,” only to film an ad featuring Doritos for the Euro.
When he added his England teammates, he explained: ‘We want to win. And with the group we have, we certainly can. I feel we are on the right track. We want to make the nation proud.’

It comes when Chelsea boss Graham Potter is surprised that Mason is divided and believes the love his in-form star has for football, Chelsea and team-mates is the key to what makes him so great.
Potter is the latest manager to fall for Mount. He joins Frank Lampard, Thomas Tuchel and Gareth Southgate to quickly make the attacking midfielder a key part of his plans.
Mount is the only outfield player to have started all six of Potter’s games to date and has responded by rediscovering his best form, the player who scored his first Chelsea goals of the season in Sunday’s win over Aston Villa.
He has won the Blues Player of the Season award for the past two seasons, but still has his doubts, having faced accusations of ‘teacher’s cap’ for club and country.

Prior to Wednesday night’s trip to Brentford, Potter said: “It’s surprising I’m getting a few questions about the mixed opinions about Mason. I find that strange, especially from the outside.
“Whenever we played against Chelsea, you always worried about Mason. And then when you start working with him, he has everything you need to be a top player. Great attitude, understands spaces, can give assists, scores goals, so he’s top.’
When asked what Mount’s secret factor is, Potter said, “You probably can’t measure love, can you? I would say love for the game, love for his teammates, love for the club. He likes to play football. It’s as much his personality as his football qualities.’
