England’s top order once again worked hard in Bangladesh as they were bowled out for just 117.

Looking to tie the series, England were shattered by Bangladesh’s impressive and eclectic array of bowlers to leave them on the brink of the three match series.

Bangladesh have posted just 118 to win the game and take a 2-0 lead in the three match series.

Leading scorer for Jos Buttler’s side, Ben Duckett went 28-for-28 batting in the middle order. Phil Salt, starting off, had hit 25 of 19.

Rehan Ahmed, who became the first teenager to play for England’s T20 squad after becoming the country’s youngest Test debutant last year in Pakistan, scored 11 before running out.

The performance will worry skipper Buttler, with his team currently struggling to live up to the dizzying heights established in white-ball cricket under previous captaincy holder Eoin Morgan and also at last year’s World Cup in Australia.

Bangladesh started their innings in the blink of an eye, batting 15 in the first two overs.
