Natalie Anderson showed off her taut abs as she braved a cold bath to help manage her anxiety on Tuesday.
The 41-year-old former Emmerdale actress posed for the Instagram update in a patterned triangle bikini as she shared details of her experience.
She pulled her long brown hair into a high bun and removed her makeup for the glowing shots.

Beneath the post, Natalie wrote: ‘Bring on the snow! I dipped my toe in the cold therapy and really loved it!
‘Ok, I went out for a Boxing Day dive, but I’m definitely going out this year for some cold water dives! You are in charge of this!
‘Anxiety is a nuisance and when it’s bad making friends with the cold is a great way to curb it.’

She continued: “So this year I’m trying to find my inner Elsa… let’s see how many cold water dives I can rack up this 2023.”
It comes after Natalie revealed that she arranged a surprise ceremony to renew their wedding vows that was so secret even her husband, James Shepherd, didn’t know what was going on.
The Emmerdale and Hollyoaks star said the ceremony in the Maldives, which took place days before their wedding anniversary, was “everything I dreamed it would be”.

speaking to Hello! The magazine admitted to hatching the plan with his nine-year-old son Freddie, who had delivered a special letter to his father, like a scene from a romantic movie.
The letter invited Shepherd, 50, to join Anderson at the ceremony to re-promise each other, saying: “I love you and if you want to do the same, meet me at the beach…”
She told the publication: “How James didn’t know is beyond me, it was so magical and so intimate with just the three of us.”
He added: “It was absolutely perfect and everything I dreamed it would be.”
