Emmerdale star left fuming after her outfit turns her hands BLUE on live TV causing both the host and viewers to think she was dying
Emmerdale star Twinnie-Lee Moore has expressed her anger at clothing brand Zara after one of their outfits left her hands turning blue on live television.
The country singer, 37, appeared on Channel 4’s Sunday Brunch earlier this month and looked fashionable in a strapless denim top and jeans.
However, the morning show was almost derailed when presenter Tim Lovejoy noticed Twinnie’s hands had turned a bluish color and feared she had become unwell.
The soap star opened up about the ordeal on her TikTok and explained that her outfit was to blame as she revealed her humiliation over the blunder which appeared on national television and was noticed by viewers.
She said: ‘I took myself to Zara, picked out this outfit and I was so excited to go to this show. I thought I looked nice. I thought I did a pretty good job as my own stylist!’
She told how Tim repeatedly came to her during the commercial breaks to check if she was okay and if she was cold.

An unknowing Twinnie continued, “I thought, yeah, I’m a little cold, but I’m fine! During the second break he comes to me and says, “Gemini, are you sure you’re okay right now?”
As she looked down, she noticed the discoloration on her hands and “started to panic” that she might have Raynaud’s disease – where blood stops circulating to the extremities.
She added: “Everyone has their own insecurities. Mine are my hands. Look at these hands, I have man hands! They are almost as big as my head. I don’t need any more attention to these hands.’
But she continued: ‘Then the penny drops – oh my God, it’s the dye from my outfit! And it’s live! So I can’t really do anything about it.
“And all these tweets keep coming, ‘is she going to die?’ The presenter thought I was dying on national television, so he almost stopped the show!’
Tim mentioned it on the show as he was inundated with concerned messages from viewers, saying: ‘Her hands turned blue and I looked at her and thought, “We have to stop the show and get a nurse.” ‘
There was also a flood of tweets from fans, who wrote: ‘What’s going on with Twinny’s gray hands?’; “Why are her hands blue?”
‘Are Twinnie’s hands covered in black or blue food coloring?!’; ‘Twinnie’s hands are black from her outfit, I think’; ‘What’s wrong with her hands’

Twinnie said she was furious with Zara and came up with a clever idea on how the company could make up for the embarrassing incident for her.
She said: ‘I’m furious. It’s from Zara, it’s brand new and my hands are blue. It is taken back. But I’m okay. I’m not dying, just so you know!
“I’d like to bring two people who can’t necessarily afford to shop at your store. And I want it to be on you, Zara! That way you make it up to me and I like to give something back to someone else.’
It comes after Twinnie joined the cast of Emmerdale in October to play ambitious and ruthless boxing promoter Jade.
The country-pop singer said she had “so much fun” on set after swapping Nashville for the Yorkshire village.
