After it was finally revealed that he had fathered a child with Chloe Harris, Mack was kicked out of the house by his devastated wife Charity.
But on Wednesday’s episode, Mack vowed that despite his one-night stand, he was determined to win Charity back, insisting he wouldn’t rest until she put her wedding ring back on.
Fans were not convinced, and many agreed that thanks to his web of lies, there was little chance Charity would forgive him.

It comes after Emmerdale fans were excited to finally see Charity husband Mackenzie give Boyd the boot on Monday’s episode after fathering a secret baby with Chloe Harris.
A seething charity (Emma Atkins) paid Mack (Lawrence Robb) a home visit, where she returned her wedding ring as a final blow to their relationship.
After placing the gold jewelry in his hand, she said to Mack, “I was cleaning up… Later, yes?
“I mean, that’s what I’m saying, the truth is I never want to see you again.”
While viewers of the ITV soap eagerly await what the future holds for Mack, others insisted Charity had missed a trick with the wedding ring, saying she should have pawned the item and pocketed the money .
