Emma Watson looks ethereal in a backless lace white gown at Caring for Women dinner in NYC

She never puts a foot wrong when it comes to her fashion choices.

And Emma Watson was back in good shape on Thursday as she cut an ethereal figure as she graced the red carpet at The Kering Foundation’s first-ever Caring for Women dinner in New York City.

The Harry Potter actress, 32, wowed in a backless white lace gown with a flowing skirt as she joined Salma Hayek, Karlie Kloss and Jodie Turner-Smith at the glitzy event.

Emma’s gorgeous dress had a pretty floral motif and a scalloped edge, with the star showing off her tinted back with the keyhole detail.

The movie star paired her angelic dress with towering black heels and a spiky clutch, while also adding a smart black blazer to the look.

Her dark brown locks were swept into a sleek side bun, while she emphasized her features with a radiant makeup palette.

The Kering Foundation is a charitable organization that helps women affected by violence by raising awareness and providing aid that targets survivors, such as the one at Thursday’s dinner.

This first-ever dinner benefited three of the Kering Foundation’s “partner organizations” committed to supporting victims of gender-based violence, as reported by Variety.

The three surviving organizations are: the National Network to End Domestic Violence (NNEDV), Ms. Foundation For Women, and Global Fund For Women.

Salma co-chaired the event with her husband François-Henri Pinault, supermodel Gisele Bündchen, actress LaTanya Richardson Jackson, Pulp Fiction star Samuel L. Jackson, artist Julie Mehretu and American feminist Gloria Steinem.

While Emma made a very successful turn on the red carpet, her love life is going just as well as she is currently dating Brandon Green, the 29-year-old son of disgraced tycoon Sir Philip Green.

Last month, the couple enjoyed a lovely vacation to Venice, Italy, where they were photographed enjoying the sights.

Emma and Brandon were first photographed together last September when they got off a helicopter in Battersea, London.

It was previously revealed by The Daily Mail that Brandon has very different career aspirations than his father, instead sharing Emma’s interest in the environment.

A source said he was invested in saving the planet after his father’s Arcadia Group empire – which included Topshop, Dorothy Perkins and Burton – collapsed.

They confirmed: ‘He became very interested in biodiversity and saving the oceans. He does a lot of charity work with both Prince Albert’s foundation in Monaco and Princess Charlene’s.

“He loves fitness and is involved in galas and charities that help the planet. He regularly does beach cleanups and does everything he can to help.’

Their relationship comes after Emma’s divorce from businessman Leo Robinton, who bears a striking resemblance to her new beau.

The Harry Potter star was in a relationship with California entrepreneur Leo from August 2019 until their split two years ago.

While it looks like she’s a happy couple now, Emma previously said she’s content with “self-partnering.”

“I never believed the whole ‘I’m happy single’ story,” she told Vogue in 2017. ‘It took a long time, but I’m happy [being single]. I call it self-partnership.’
