Emma Roberts slips into retro bikini to promote her book club Belletrist

Emma Roberts donned a bikini showcasing her sculpted figure in a promotional photo for Belletrist shared to her book club's Instagram account on Wednesday.

In the snap, the 32-year-old actress held a copy of Oyinkan Braithwaite's novel My Sister the Serial Killer as she relaxed on a beach.

The artist, who recently attended the 74th National Book Awards, wore a plaid bikini top, which exposed her toned stomach and chiseled arms, as she posed for the photo.

Roberts paired her top with matching bikini bottoms and accessorized with chic sunglasses.

The beautiful blonde hair from the American Horror Stories franchise was held back by a navy blue ribbon.

The actress co-founded Belletrist in 2017 with her longtime friend Karah Preiss.

The book club presents a new novel to its members every month, and Roberts often conducts interviews with various authors.

The artist has also appeared in numerous promotional photos for her book club over the years.

The We're The Millers actress has also served as a producer for several filmed projects based on books from her club.

Roberts had been working on an adaptation of VE Schwab's novel First Kill, though she revealed the project was canceled last August after one season.

The performer also served as executive producer of Hulu's romantic drama series Tell Me Lies, which was based on Carola Lovering's 2018 novel of the same name.

The show revolved around the fleeting romance between two students, whose entanglement affects the lives of those around them.

Tell Me Lies debuted last September to positive reviews from critics.

Roberts spoke about the series during an interview with Women's healthwhere she discussed what led her to share Lovering's novel with the members of Belletrist.

β€œIt's something we were drawn to because we hadn't really seen it done this way for young people,” she said.

The performer further stated that she found the book's range of themes particularly interesting.

β€œI had never seen a romance between two young people in this kind of genre world,” she said.
