The TV regular took to Instagram on Monday and surprised fans by sharing a photo of herself in a hospital bed with her newborn next to her husband Pete.
Emma kept her pregnancy a secret, saying she had suffered a series of miscarriages in recent years as she struggled to conceive.
The star, who shares sons Tyde, 16, and Evan, 14, with her ex-husband, shared a heartfelt post, saying that Etta-Blue has “cured” her after trying for so long to have another baby.
She wrote, “I waited 10 years to finally hold you in my arms. With each miscarriage, I tried to learn to be grateful and accept what I had.

“I spent the last 9 months hiding my pregnancy, traveling the country with my theater show, filming my YouTube crime content and working on as many projects as possible to distract myself from the growing hope and possibility that this time you might just become a reality , and that this time it will end in the sweetness of joy, instead of the agony of loss.’
Emma said she is “grieving” the years she and Etta-Blue didn’t have together as she struggled to conceive.
She wrote, “For the past 38 weeks you have been growing quietly, allowing me a symptom free and easy pregnancy, and while your arrival was by far the most dramatic, I feel a blinding giddy joy knowing that you have finally decided to make your presence felt. announce. a way none of us could ignore.
“Your beauty is breathtaking, your companionship perfect, your presence utterly profound, and though I grieve for the years I wish we could have had together, I know you’re meant to be mine now, and not for a minute earlier.
“Etta-Blue, you healed more than you’ll ever know, and reminded me of the wonder of existence, even in the face of loss and suffering.
