Emily Ratajkowski described her “really scary” weight loss, which she experienced after filing for divorce from Sebastian Bear-McClard amid cheating allegations.
On Tuesday’s episode of her podcast, High Low with EmRatathe 31-year-old model became vulnerable when she revealed how she tends to slim down as she struggles with her mental health.
“I think trauma lives in the body, that’s my experience,” said the mother of one. “When I’m really not feeling well, I lose so much weight.”

She continued, “I had recently lost up to 100 pounds and it was really, really scary.”
The My Body author, who is reportedly dating former Saturday Night Live star Pete Davidson, further noted that she’s “gained weight” since then.
“It’s a huge game-changer for me and how I know I’m happy,” the Vogue cover girl explained to her guest, Lebanese-American porn star Mia Khalifa.

While she didn’t explicitly address what made her “really unwell” during the chat, her four-year marriage came to an end following allegations that her estranged husband was being unfaithful.
That’s what a source claimed in July Page six that the Good Time producer cheated: ‘Yeah, he cheated. He is a serial cheater. It is dirty. He’s a dog.’
Within a month, Ratajkowski appeared to confirm that was the case, as she “liked” multiple tweets discussing the split, as well as his alleged cheating.

The founder of Inamorata and Sebastian were married in a civil ceremony in New York City on February 23, 2018, with only a few friends serving as witnesses.
Two and a half years later, the couple announced they were expecting a baby. On March 8, 2021, they welcomed their son into the world.
