Ratajkowski’s outing came just a few days after she shared why she thought divorce was a “brave” thing to do.
The model made her comments during an interview with Entertainment tonightwhere she spoke about the stigma attached to the formalized end of marriages.
‘I think there are a lot of taboos around divorce and a lot of shame. “I don’t think that’s helpful, especially for young women trying to get out of a bad relationship,” she said.
The fashion industry personality also discussed her desire to serve as an example for young women going through divorce.
‘I want to spread a little bit of positivity and I think divorce, deciding to leave a relationship despite the financial difficulties, despite what it’s going to mean for your children, everything, is very courageous. “I want women to feel better about it,” she said.
Ratajkowski then gave some advice to young women who may be considering divorce.
“There’s nothing better than being in your 30s… and having tried out that marriage fantasy and realizing that maybe it’s not all it’s cracked up to be, and then you have your whole life ahead of you,” she said.
