The model, 32, showed off her stunning figure in the racy satin backless number as she posed on the red carpet at the event held at Cipriani South Street.

Emily looked fantastic as she went braless under the figure-hugging maxi dress which featured a halter neckline and button detailing at the front.

Emily parted her long brunette locks, added a dramatic pair of silver earrings and elevated her frame with a pair of heels to complete the look.

The A-lister event was the first major event since The Prince’s Foundation was rebranded as The King’s Trust.

The event, held at Casa Cipriani in New York, was organized by King’s Trust Global Ambassadors Lionel Richie and Edward Enninful OBE to raise money in support of the youth charity.

There was a surprise appearance from Grammy Award winner John Legend, who took a break from his role as a judge on The Voice to attend, with the singer posing in a white suit and bow tie.

The Prince’s Trust became the King’s Trust in November last year, in recognition of his accession to the throne, when Charles set up the foundation while still Prince of Wales.

The Trust helps young people aged 11 to 30 into jobs, education and training – and beneficiaries include The Wire and Luther actor Idris Elba, who used a £1,500 grant to help launch his career.

Lionel Richie praised the King for his commitment to the charity and spoke of how difficult it is for young people to succeed in today’s world.
