EMILY PRESCOTT: Earth-loving supermodel Cara Delevigne’s jetsetting problem
EMILY PRESCOTT: Earth-loving Cara Delevigne’s jet set could destroy the planet, but at least she likes gardening
With her non-stop jet setting, model Cara Delevingne might seem determined to destroy the planet rather than save it.
But it seems she has a plan to help heal Mother Earth – gardening.
She is one of the celebs behind the new eco-initiative Earthed, in which people share tips ‘to make every river, city, farm and balcony brim with life’. These include ‘no-dig gardening’ – which, based on online videos, still requires a lot of spades – and ‘syntropic farming’.
Cara is a trustee and co-founder of the charity behind Earthed, founded by her friends Christabel and Ruby Reed and launched last week. Georgia May Jagger is ambassador and actresses Sienna Miller and Lily Cole are “lawyers.”

Amanda’s secret husband number 1
Last month, she revealed her divorce from Wham! singer Andrew Ridgeley, who said he wasn’t “relationship material” and was previously married to financier Mark Daeche.
But I can reveal that millionaire model Amanda Cronin has a first husband that no one knows about. The 45-year-old, who is said to have “the longest legs in Belgravia,” married British businessman Abdul Ajram in Nevada in April 2002.
The pair later split, but sources close to Amanda, the subject of last year’s Channel 4 show The Millionairess And Me, say the divorce was amicable and they remain best friends.

The smell of success
As the UK’s first hijab-wearing model to grace the cover of Vogue, Ikram Abdi Omar has won an unexpected fan: Queen Camilla.
The pair met at an International Women’s Day event in March, and humble Ikram was surprised to be recognized by the Royal.
“I was honestly shocked that she knew who I was,” she told me at a Youth To The People skincare event last week.
‘She was so sweet. She gave me so many words of encouragement and told me that I represent so many people who need it.”
The compliments didn’t stop there. Ikram added, “She did say I smell nice.” Camilla clearly has a nose for talent.

Dua Lipa has canceled her Kosovo music festival again
The pop sensation, whose family hails from the Balkans, started the (supposedly) annual Sunny Hill Festival in Pristina in 2018 with her father – the lead singer of local rock band Oda. Since then, however, it has been plagued by cancellations. , will close its doors in 2020, 2021 and now 2023.
She told fans that the event is moving to a new location and that “rushing the process would compromise quality.”
