George Osborne and his fiancee Thea Rogers showed their affection in full public as they celebrated at top restaurant Scott’s.
The couple couldn’t keep their hands off each other outside the posh restaurant in Mayfair after enjoying a long lunch last week to mark the former Chancellor’s 52nd birthday.
At one point, Osborne moved in for a passionate kiss with his former adviser. As I revealed in this column, the couple recently welcomed a second son named Arthur.
Their first, Beau, will celebrate his second birthday in July. Osborne, now president of the British Museum, also has two adult children from his 21-year marriage to the novelist Frances Osborne.

Poppy hands out bubbles for trouble
Model Poppy Delevingne found a great use for bottles of her own Della Vite prosecco – she gave it away to neighbors she upset while redecorating her London home.
Poppy, 37, co-founded the brand favored by Hollywood’s best, but later found a more prosaic use for the bubbly.
“I won them over with endless drinks… “Oh sorry about the noise, here’s a bottle,” she says.
