EMILY PRESCOTT: Beware of the selfie-hunters! Louis Theroux’s fright at the museum

EMILY PRESCOTT: Watch out for the selfie hunters! The terror of Louis Theroux in the museum

In his documentaries, he uses his self-effacing charm to gain access to unlikely places. And it seems that Louis Theroux is also able to immerse himself in an unfamiliar environment in real life.

The 53-year-old must have forgotten to read the fine print on his invitation last week when he attended an after-party at the Museum of Scotland following his keynote speech at the Edinburgh Festival.

Seemingly unaware that there was a VIP area, he instead found himself in a room full of adoring fans. Turns out poor old Louis, left, had accidentally wandered into the “emerging talent” section and was promptly swarmed by selfie hunters, before being led away by TV director Nancy Strang’s wife.

My spy tells me, “He was harassed and everyone gathered around him like bees in a honey pot.”

I bet he was glad Nancy came to the rescue!

Spencer’s jaw is such a chore…

Model Vogue Williams, 37, has revealed that former Made In Chelsea star husband Spencer Matthews, 35, chews plastic to strengthen his jawline

All husbands get on their wives’ nerves, but have you ever tried to relax on the couch while your lover chews away on a piece of plastic?

Model Vogue Williams, 37, has expressed frustration with her former Made In Chelsea star husband Spencer Matthews, 35, who is now chewing on a piece of plastic in hopes of getting a stronger jawline.

On their podcast, Vogue, along with Spencer, say, “It’s really hard when you’re in a room and someone is just chewing plastic.”

They say no pain, no gain, but I’m not sure who suffers the most!

Bake-Off’s Noel Fielding, who is also on Never Mind The Buzzcocks and rose to fame in The Mighty Boosh, reveals, “It’s always Bs with me, there’s some kind of magic with the letter B. I’m afraid of a make a show that doesn’t contain B.’ Would 50-year-old Noel ever consider breaking his ‘B’ streak and joining The X Factor judging panel should Simon Cowell decide to bring the show back? No disrespect for pop, but it’s not my thing, X Factor and stuff like that. I feel a little sorry for the kids,” he says. Guess what, that’s a no.
