Emily and Ryan radiated joy at the glamorous event as their smiles and laughter lit up the red carpet at the premiere.
The screening comes almost a week after the sweet duo opened up about their respective family lives during a press tour.
Emily shares daughters Hazel, 9, and Violet, 7, with husband John Krasinski, whom she tied the knot with in 2010.
Ryan shares daughters Esmerelda, 9, and Amanda, 7, with wife Eva Mendes, who he has been dating since 2011, although their marriage was only confirmed in November 2022.
The costars were asked about whether their daughters would watch The Fall Guy during a Today interview. Ryan hinted that this is unlikely to happen.
“They’re not interested in seeing it,” he added, before Emily said her daughters “adore” him.
“They love him so much and actually, my oldest, it’s the first movie she’s shown any interest in, and it has nothing to do with me,” she said.
“It’s all about Ryan,” she continued, with Ryan adding, “I think it’s really Ken,” referring to his now iconic character in 2023’s Barbie.

Emily joked: ‘They were very fascinated by what his hair looked like in real life, that was a question I got asked a lot.’
Ryan said his daughters “call her Mary Poppins,” referring to her title role in 2018’s Mary Poppins Returns.
The Fall Guy marks the first cinematic collaboration between Emily and Ryan, as they bring the beloved TV series starring Lee Majors to life in its film adaptation.
Created by Glen A. Larson, the show followed Colt Seavers (Majors), a Hollywood stuntman who also worked as a bounty hunter.
In the film, Seavers (played by Gosling) remains a stuntman, longing for his ex, an up-and-coming director (Blunt).
Things change when he is forced into action in real life after the movie star he is doubling for, Tom Ryder (Aaron Taylor-Johnson), disappears.
Colt sets out in search of Tom, with the goal of saving his ex-girlfriend’s first film and winning her back along the way.
The Fall Guy kicks off the summer movie season, arriving in theaters nationwide starting Friday, May 3.
It’s expected to debut between $20 million and $40 million, though some estimate it to be as high as $65 million.
