Emily Blunt is radiant in a plunging black and white polka dot dress as she visits Jimmy Kimmel Live

Emily Blunt had a gorgeous glow on Thursday as she headed for a guest appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live.

The 40-year-old actress – who recently wowed at Vogue’s BAFTAs after-party – looked ravishing in a plunging black dress with white polka dots all over.

The Oscar-nominated Oppenheimer star’s waist was accentuated by a black belt with a bow in the center.

Her silky, shiny blonde locks were parted to the side and arranged in curls that fell down her back.

She looked radiant with her face done up in soft pink makeup, including blush and a glossy finish on her lips.

Emily was decked out in silver jewelry, including earrings and a single bracelet.

The beauty, who is married to John Krasinski, showed off her toned back in her halter neck dress, which had flattering pleats and went down to her ankles.

The mother of two completed her look with a pair of understated white sneakers.

She showed off a short, glossy, wine-colored manicure and carried a black leather handbag.

Earlier this month, the actress revealed that she found out about her Oscar nomination while cleaning up dog poop.

The British talent received a nod in the Best Supporting Actress category for her role in Oppenheimer, her first-ever Academy Award nomination.

Speaking to Josh Horowitz at 92NY, Emily explained, “It’s all quite scary, the anticipation of it, and I think you just try not to listen to the buzz because buzz can be built on sand sometimes.”

“And so when it happened, and when it happened in such a far-reaching way for all of us in the film and for every crew member, it was magical.”

“I had a little cry in the middle of Brooklyn, a little cry right after I picked up my dog’s poop… I picked up her poop and then I heard I was nominated, so it was perfect,” she added to.

Emily said her husband John also cried when he heard the news.

She said: ‘(John) had a good cry too, after he helped me with the poop. I think he threw it in the trash and we both cried.”

Emily has been nominated along with Danielle Brooks (The Color Purple), America Ferrera (Barbie), Jodie Foster (Nyad), Da’Vine Joy Randolph (The Holdovers) and the winner will be announced at the ceremony in Los Angeles on March 10.
