Emily Andre encouraged her followers to head to the polls on Thursday, sharing a rare photo of her family as they headed out to vote.

The 34-year-old doctor, who keeps her children’s identities secret from social media and the general public, posted a rare photo of her brood as they walked ahead of her on their way to school.

Emily shares Amelia, 10, Theo, 7, and their newest addition Arabella, 3 months, with her husband Peter Andre.

As Emily stood behind the foursome, Peter, 51, was seen pushing Arabella’s stroller, laden with the children’s school bags.

Emily stressed the importance of casting your vote, writing alongside the photo: ‘Today I’m multitasking, voting during the school run!’

‘It made me think about how long it will be before our children can vote, and how important it is that we represent them with our choices and try to make the country the best it can be for them, now and in the future.

Peter looked quite trendy as he wore black shorts, a T-shirt and a white baseball cap during the walk.

And the Andre couple weren’t the only celebrities urging their followers to vote, as did a host of other stars, including Loves Lizzie Cundy, Myleene Klass, Ashley James, Piers MorgaN, Tony Robinson and Charles Dance took part in the vote.

Socialite Lizzie, 56, appeared to turn her local polling station into her catwalk as she stunned outside the station in a tight blue dress and sunglasses.

She captioned it as follows: ‘First at the polling station!! I rushed into my village hall like lightning, cast my vote and then bought everyone a cup of tea and custard cream.

‘Always a vote winner! Big day, let’s go! #elections #electionfever #politics #bigday.’

As he danced his way to the polling station, 77-year-old Tony excitedly waved his hands in the air and appeared to be in high spirits as he came up with his own song.

Journalist Piers, 59, also went to cast his vote. He posed outside the polling station in a T-shirt and shorts.

He added: ‘Vote! If you don’t vote, you have no right to complain, bleat, whine or grumble about the way this country is governed.

“So go to your local polling place and VOTE.”
