The 38-year-old British actress dined in the city’s Shoreditch area and was spotted leaving a restaurant called Brat with Fox and friends. TMZ.
The petite star, who stands just 6 feet tall, bundled up in a soft black coat and scarf, teaming up with the music artist, who was also in black.
Bassi was stylish in a black turtleneck, cuffed pants and jacket.
He completed his look with sneakers and looked like he was holding a wrapped gift for Clarke.
On Sunday, she took to Instagram and shared photos of the dinner, writing in the caption to her 28.2 million followers: “Well that’s comforting… birthdays a month later never tasted so good.”

In two photos, the blonde beauty was seen smiling with a round birthday cake in front of her.
A second snapshot showed a close-up of the treat, which read: ‘Still alive, still hot.’

Clarke’s last public romance was with director/screenwriter Charlie McDowell in 2019.
McDowell married Emily to Parisian star Lily Collins in 2021.
In June, Emilia told the story Big issue she feared being fired from her hit HBO series Game of Thrones after suffering brain hemorrhages.
The star, who played fan favorite Daenerys Targaryen, suffered bleeding in her brain in 2011 and 2013, which she said caused her to “change dramatically.”
She suffered her first hemorrhage after the first season of Game Of Thrones finished filming, and lost her ability to speak as she nearly fell into a coma.

The second required surgery after scans showed it had doubled in size, and Emilia previously said she is in a ‘very small minority’ of people who have survived and suffered ‘no consequences’.
She told the magazine: ‘When you have a brain injury it changes your sense of self on such a dramatic level. All the insecurities you have when you go to the workplace quadruple overnight.
“The first fear we all had was, ‘Oh my God, am I going to get fired? Am I going to get fired because they don’t think I can do the job?’
Emilia has talked about having surgery to restore blood flow, and taking medication to ease the pain.
Her life-saving treatment left her with titanium instead of parts of her skull and scars.
