Despite Smith Rowe’s best efforts, Fulham were ultimately defeated.

Smith Rowe was hungry for a fresh start after a frustrating end to his 14-year spell at Arsenal.

The player, who came from the Hale End academy, made 115 appearances for Arsenal, scoring 18 goals and providing 13 assists.

At one point Smith Rowe had developed into an important player for Arsenal, but then he suffered from injuries and found it difficult to get back into the team.
