Emergency outside Dan Andrews’ office in Melbourne: Street closed with ambulance, police and fire service on scene

Emergency services have been called to Daniel Andrews’ Melbourne office.
Part of the street was closed on Tuesday with an ambulance, police and fire service on the scene in Noble Park in the southeast of the city.
A spokesman for Victoria Police confirmed to Daily Mail Australia that they had been called to an office on Princes Highway at about 10.20am ‘following reports of a suspicious item’.

Part of the street was closed on Tuesday afternoon with ambulance, police and firefighters on the scene in Noble Park in the southeast of the city.
“The area has been cordoned off while police and emergency services assess the crime scene and conduct a security check,” the statement continued.
“The area has been found safe.”
Neil Mitchell of 3AW had received unconfirmed reports that “white powder” had been found at the address.
“Don’t be an idiot, at least criticize Daniel Andrews … but that kind of behavior is not right,” he said.
“Don’t lock up the cops and the ambulance for one thing.”
Mr Andrews’ office has been contacted for comment.
