Embarrassing images of Kadarius Toney’s Giants and Chiefs tattoos resurface on social media… after he was CUT by Super Bowl champions

Karadius Toney has been released by the Kansas City Chiefs as part of their effort to reduce their roster to the required 53 players.

The wide receiver, who was acquired by KC in a trade with the New York Giants, was waived by the Chiefs before Tuesday’s deadline.

Toney will never forget his time with the Chiefs, partly because he has their logo tattooed on his body.

The wideout has a giant KC arrowhead logo with the words Super Bowl Champion on his rib cage.

Additionally, Toney also wears jersey number 89, which he wore while playing for the Giants, and it also features the New York City skyline, including the Statue of Liberty.

Some fans took the opportunity to ridicule Toney, joking about his “bad luck” with tattoos for his former teams and how that could have backfired.

“Time to get the McDonald’s logo tattooed,” wrote one Twitter account.

Another wrote: ‘Time for a cover-up’, while another joked: ‘Next tattoo: “Apart”’

“Bro, save some room for the USFL tattoo,” read another story.

While these reports were harsh in their assessment of Toney’s ink, there were also plenty of reports defending the recipient.

“They didn’t backfire? He played for both teams, got drafted by the Giants and won a Super Bowl with the Chiefs lol,” one report said.

“I mean, he won two Super Bowls with the Chiefs and got drafted by the Giants, that wasn’t too much of a drawback,” wrote another.

Another said, “I mean, no one can take his SBs away, even if he changes teams.”

“I’m not sure I would regret that…” another report noted. “A tattoo that looks like the team that gave you a chance to live your dream and a tattoo that represents the team that won you back-to-back super bowls.”

Several people supported and ridiculed Toney for his choice of tattoos

Toney will undoubtedly end up somewhere, having won two consecutive Super Bowl seasons with the Chiefs.

In his three seasons in the NFL, Toney has accumulated 760 total yards on 82 receptions and 3 touchdowns.

Last season, Toney played in 13 games, catching 27 passes and collecting 169 yards.
