- However, Liverpool scored a fourth to take the three points from a hectic game
- The fan was mocked by several Liverpool supporters for his premature cheering
A Tottenham fan was hilariously caught over-celebrating Richarlison’s equalizer against Liverpool on video.
The supporter, Twitter user @xDuoMax, was filmed cheering the Brazilian’s goal well into stoppage time at Anfield as Spurs came back from 3-0 down to level the game at 3-3.
For a few seconds it looked like Ryan Mason’s side were going to earn a point, but Diogo Jota scored seconds later to put Liverpool back ahead and win the game.
Max, who claims to follow the club ‘home and away whenever possible’, is yelled ‘come on’ into the camera before looking up to see Liverpool retake the lead.
He is then ambushed by those around him, who mock the supporter for his celebrations moments before.
