Em Rusciano Turns Out in VERY Eclectic Multi-Fabric Dress at NGV Gala Opening Night of Alexander McQueen Exhibit

Em Rusciano made sure he was turning heads on Saturday night.

The comedian and podcast host opted for a couture look as she walked the red carpet at the NGV Gala 2022 opening night of the Alexander McQueen: Mind, Mythos, Muse exhibition in Melbourne.

The 43-year-old donned a dress created by designer Miss Joelie that featured a sparkly black sweetheart neckline.

It fanned out into a tulle ballerina skirt on one side, while the other featured a dramatic punk flannel design with ruched layers.

The checkered fabric tied with a bow on one shoulder, and the dress was completed with a pink satin train.

Em added a pair of sheer opera gloves to her look, as well as a host of oversized silver rings and a burgundy mini clutch.

She chose a subtle make-up look to let her dress do the talking and swept her long brunette hair out of her face.

On her Instagram, the former radio star thanked her makeup artist, Monica Gingold, as well as shared some behind-the-scenes footage.

‘It’s Fashion Christmas! Thank you @missjoelie for the dress, @_zhivago_ aka Larzy for flying in from Perth and being my date,’ she wrote in the caption of her photo.

The Alexander McQueen: Mind, Mythos, Muse exhibition celebrates the work of fashion designer Alexander McQueen, who died in 2010.

It displayed more than 120 garments and accessories along with eighty works of art including painting, sculpture, textiles, prints, photography, and decorative arts.

On her Instagram, the former radio star thanked her makeup artist, Monica Gingold, as well as shared some behind-the-scenes footage.
