Victoria’s Secret model Elyse Taylor continues child support battle against ex-husband Seth Campbell after he threatened to evict her and daughter Lila, nine, from their home
Australian model Elyse Taylor has filed an amendment to child support against her ex-husband Seth Campbell in the New York Supreme Court.
According to the Daily telegramCampbell asked for approval on who Taylor, 36, dated, married and spent time with, as well as when and where she traveled.
If he didn’t get this information, he threatened to cut child support and evict her from the home she shares with the couple’s nine-year-old daughter, Lila.
The New York court prevented Campbell from selling the property and ordered him to continue his child support.
He has also filed a custody change suit in Florida. Campbell and Taylor are due to appear in court on July 6.

The former couple called it quits in 2016.
The couple were married for over a year after they tied the knot in the US in August 2014.
“Elyse’s number one priority is Lila’s happiness and well-being,” a source said at the time.

The couple exchanged vows in front of around 200 guests at The Campbell Farm’s manicured grounds.
A month after the marriage, Elyse said she took her marriage to Seth very seriously.
She told The Daily Telegraph at the time: ‘I’ll only do it once. It was such an intense experience.’
