Elsa Pataky has traveled to her native Spain as her husband Chris Hemsworth returned to Australia after wrapping up his global promotional tour for Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga.

The Spanish actress, 47, was spotted on Sunday on a shopping trip in her hometown of Madrid with her friends.

The Fast & Furious star looked stylish in linen trousers and showed off her very toned biceps in a striped cropped tank top.

She completed her look with a pair of sneakers and clutched a beige Saint Laurent bag as she visited local designer stores.

After a fun day of shopping, Elsa seemed to be in good spirits as she enjoyed a meal with her friends in her hometown.

It comes after Chris, 40, was spotted arriving at Sydney Airport on Monday with the couple’s three children: twin sons Sasha and Tristan and daughter India Rose, 12.

He was also accompanied by his personal assistant Jenna Mac.

Chris and Elsa were last seen together in Los Angeles last week, when the couple and their children attended the Hollywood Walk Of Fame star’s unveiling ceremony.

While it’s unclear when Elsa will return, Chris seemed relieved to be home after his whirlwind international media tour.

He also did his best to stay under the radar by shielding his face behind orange aviator sunglasses and wearing a black baseball cap.

Chris had an airport worker carry his family’s luggage and carried only a small black backpack as he juggled bottles of water and juice and a takeaway coffee cup in his hands.

Taking to Instagram, the Spanish actress shared a photo of herself and Chris at the unveiling, as she expressed how “proud” she was of her husband.

“We are so proud of you my love @chrishemsworth. And your words meant the world to me,” she wrote, referencing his speech.

“Congratulations on the Hollywood Walk of Fame star.”
