Elsa Pataky admits she didn’t think marriage with Chris Hemsworth would last in brutal interview: ‘It puts a lot of pressure on a marriage’
Elsa Pataky revealed her initial doubts about her marriage to Chris Hemsworth in a candid 2018 interview that has recently resurfaced.
The couple, who were set up by their agent in 2010, married within just three months – a whirlwind romance that often portends doom for celebrities but turned out to be an opportunity to strengthen their love and grow together.
“It was beautiful at first,” Pataky, 47, said Vogue Australia.
“When I met him, he was not known at all and I grew with him and experienced all his successes and changes, and then he became so big and I shared that too.”
Pataky talked about the unique challenges that come with transitioning from obscurity to fame, especially when it comes to dealing with the pressures of marriage and raising children.
