Elon Musk was photographed yesterday touring a new Tesla giant factory in Texas with one of his eleven children in tow as he met with Hungarian president Katalin Novák for conversations about the world’s demographic crisis.
The billionaire owner of
Musk was pictured with his child on his shoulders as he showed Novák around the facility before heading to a private meeting to discuss the importance of having children.
The entrepreneur went to X after the meeting and wrote bluntly: ‘Having children is saving the world’. Novák shared the sentiment in a post on Facebook, calling Musk an “ally” in the “freedom struggle of families.”
‘We discussed with Elon Musk what we can do together to help young people have more courage to say yes to having children. Childlessness is the most worrying feature of our times,” she summarized.

Writing on Facebook earlier today, Novák summarized the meeting: “Elon Musk – another ally in the freedom struggle and the family peace mission.
‘Outside Hungary, more and more people see that the demographic ice age, welcomed in the West, threatens the end of the world as we know it.
‘Our country was the first to put family division at the center of the demographic struggle.
‘We spoke with Elon Musk about what we can do together to get young people to say yes to children.
‘Childlessness is the most worrying phenomenon of our time. Elon Musk has become a new ally of ours in the fight for the freedom of families, who knows and appreciates Hungary’s family-oriented program.
‘We talked for a long time about the war in Ukraine. We agreed that an immediate ceasefire and lasting peace are needed.
‘I am particularly happy that through our conversation he understood the problems of the Transcarpathian-Hungarians.
‘Having children will save the world. – Having children saves the world.’
Hungary, under the leadership of the national conservative Fidesz party, has introduced a number of “pro-family” policies to protect its declining population of 9.6 million.
In 2015, the country introduced a housing program for young married couples, and in 2019 a lifetime tax exemption was introduced for women who had four or more children.
Musk was expected to attend the Demographic Summit in the capital Budapest this month before meeting Novák.
The event was attended by leading voices including Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni, Canadian polemicist Jordan Peterson and Nobel Prize-winning economist James Heckman.
The summit was first held in 2015 and was organized by the Hungarian government in collaboration with the UN Population Fund (UNFPA) and other international groups.
‘We need a change in political direction. We must ensure that family-friendly, conservative forces take power in as many European countries as possible,” Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán said at the conference on September 16.

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan (R) meets Elon Musk (L) ahead of the 78th session of the United Nations (UN) General Assembly at the Turkish House in New York, September 17
Elon Musk has sounded the alarm about population collapse several times in the past, tweeting in January: “Population collapse is a major risk to the future of civilization.”
He also shared a link to World Bank data showing that the world’s fertility rate was at its lowest level since the 1960s.
Musk was recently spotted with son X Æ A-12 Musk (X for short) during an awkward meeting with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.
Musk took his son to the lecture on Tesla’s future in Turkey, while Erdoğan was in New York for the UN General Assembly.
‘Where is your wife?’ Erdoğan asked, as Musk held his son.
“Oh, she’s in San Francisco,” he replied. “We are separated, I mainly take care of him.”
Erdoğan brought a soccer ball for the three-year-old, who seemed more interested in the cameras.
X Æ A-12 (also known as X) is one of three children Musk has with music artist Grimes.
The couple went ‘semi-divorced’ in September 2021.
Musk has eleven children by three different women.
After marrying Canadian author Justine Wilson in 2000, the couple welcomed Nevada Alexander Musk in 2002. Nevada tragically died of cot death at 10 weeks.
Wilson gave birth to twins Griffin and Vivian Musk in 2004 after IVF treatment, and to triplets Kai, Saxon and Damian in 2006.
Musk and Wilson divorced in 2008.
The entrepreneur started a relationship with pop singer Grimes in 2018, who gave birth to son X in 2020.
In 2022, Grimes announced the birth of Exa Dark Sideræl Musk via surrogate mother, born in December 2021. Exa was nicknamed Y.
Following his divorce from Grimes, Musk welcomed twins with Shivon Zilis in November 2021, the court said documents.
According to a book judgement published earlier this month by the New York Times, Musk had a third child with Grimes, named Techno Mechanicus.
