Elon Musk revealed that he has spoken to Kanye West and expressed concern about the rappers’ recent anti-Semitic tweet.
The Gold Digger writer made headlines last weekend for an incendiary tweet attacking “Jewish people” after being banned from Instagram for posting a private chat he had with Sean “Diddy” Combs.
But Musk, who is in the middle of his own takeover bid on the social media platform, says on Twitter that he has intervened and that the rapper “has taken the words to heart”.
“Talked to you today and expressed my concerns about his recent tweet, which I believe he took to heart,” Musk wrote on Twitter.
West was locked out of his Twitter account on Saturday, he tweeted: ‘I’m a little sleepy tonight but when I wake up I’m going to die with 3 On JEWISH PEOPLE The funny thing is I can’t actually be anti-Semitic because black people are actually Jewish. You’ve been playing with me and trying to blackmail anyone who is against your agenda.’
The now-deleted tweet caused both outrage and concern for West’s mental health.
West had posted a photo Saturday of himself and Mark Zuckerberg singing karaoke while complaining that the Facebook billionaire had kicked him off Instagram.
Musk had initially reacted to the photo and welcomed the rapper back on Twitter.

West’s renewed attack on Jewish people came just a day after sharing screenshots on Instagram with messages sent to Diddy, in which West, 45, accused the rapper of being controlled by Jewish people who attempted his “White Lives Matter” message. to silence.

West went after Zuckerberg for restricting his Instagram after he posted a now-deleted private conversation with Sean “Diddy” Combs.
In the text exchange, Combs tries to get West to stop wearing sports shirts that read “White Lives Matter.”

West replies, “I’ll post anything you text.” The rapper and fashion mogul kept his word and posted the entire exchange to his 18 million followers.
The series of lyrics ends with West accusing Combs of being controlled by Jewish people – an anti-Semitic conspiracy theory.
‘This is not a game. I’m using you as an example to show the Jewish people that you should call me that no one can threaten or influence me,” West wrote to his friend.
He reportedly captioned the text exchange post “Jesus is Jew.” The American Jewish Committee has since condemned West, calling his post “dangerous.”
West told Combs that “Jewish people told you to call me” and that they would not “threaten or influence me.” West also said the rapper “broke my heart” and that “no one comes between me and my money.”
After the posts were deleted by Meta, who owns Instagram, West called out Zuckerberg’s company on Twitter for restricting his account.

He posted the tweet next to a photo of the couple performing karaoke at an unknown time.
A Meta spokesperson said, “We may impose restrictions on accounts that repeatedly break our rules.”
