Elon Musk ‘likes’ message from ex Grimes DEFENDING video in which Britney Spears dances with knives: ‘This is unironically good art’
Britney Spears’ post of her dancing with kitchen knives sparked fierce concern from fans and even a police welfare check.
But some have defended the 41-year-old pop star, including Canadian musician Grimes, 35, who said Thursday the video was “good art.”
An X-user, who calls himself Dr. Richard Harambe mentions, shared the clip and wrote, “Maybe freeing Britney wasn’t a good idea.”
In response, Grimes — whose real name is Claire Boucher — shot back with a repost: “This is unironically good art.”
Her comment caught the attention of her ex-boyfriend, billionaire Elon Musk, 52, who showed his support and ‘liked’ the post shortly afterwards.

Earlier this week, Spears posted a video of herself dancing in a polka dot bra top and white bikini bottoms as she twirled and danced.
However, this dance video raised concerns compared to her usual videos as she played with danger while swinging two large kitchen knives.
You could see her three puppies at her feet, retreating from her quick and sharp movements.
Many of her 42.1 million followers expressed concern for Spears after seeing the clip, especially when she was seen with apparent injuries in a later post.
About an hour after she shared the first video of her dancing with knives, she posted a since-deleted clip of herself – in which eagle-eyed fans spotted a scratch on her leg.
In the video, she also had a bandage wrapped around her forearm.
Spears later shared another post, assuring her fans that the knives weren’t real and that she was a “fraud” for simply “copying” Shakira.
Shakira performed with knives at the MTV Video Music Awards at the Prudential Center in New Jersey in September.

On Thursday, authorities from the Ventura County Sheriff’s Department were dispatched to Spears’ home after someone close to the singer requested a welfare check.
A source said TMZ that law enforcement officers visited her $7.4 million mansion — which she previously shared with her estranged husband, Sam Asghari — “out of an abundance of caution.”
Officers spoke to her security at her home “to make sure she was safe” and when Spears reportedly didn’t walk to talk, they left after her team said she was “fine.”
