Elon Musk claims Biden is turning a blind eye to soaring immigration in hopes of creating new surge of Democrat voters who’ll keep his party in power forever

Elon Musk has condemned Joe Biden’s approach to the southern border, suggesting the president is taking a lax approach to immigration to keep Democrats in power permanently.

The controversial tech mogul made the comments on his X platform on Friday evening.

“Biden’s strategy is very simple,” Musk wrote, sharing a 2021 article outlining Biden’s reported plans to provide legal status to about 11 million people during his term.

‘1. Ensure that as many illegal immigrants as possible enter the country. 2. Legalize them to create a permanent majority – a one-party state.”

‘That’s why they encourage so much illegal immigration. Simple, but effective.’

It comes at a time when the number of illegal immigrants entering the country has risen to more than 2 million in the 2023 financial year.

“This explains why there are so few deportations, as every deportation is a lost vote,” Musk later added to the post.

“As happened this week, in New York you can literally attack police officers in broad daylight, be released without bail, give everyone the finger and *still* not be deported!! Outrageous,” the billionaire wrote.

The gang attack on NYPD officers by migrants earlier this week sparked outrage across the country.

A group of migrants attacked two NYPD officers in Times Square last Saturday evening as officers attempted to disperse a disorderly group in front of 220 West 42 Street.

A fight broke out between a suspect in a yellow sweatshirt and the police officers.

According to the NYPD, the migrants then began attacking the officers, kicking them in the head and body, while the two officers tried to pin one of the other men down and remove his sweatshirt.

Seven arrests were made and four of the suspects were released without bail, sparking widespread outrage.

The situation was made worse when reports emerged that the four freed persons had left the city on a bus to California with the help of a church-affiliated migrant charity.

The brazen attack took place in Times Square on Saturday around 8:30 p.m., as officers attempted to disperse a disorderly group

It comes at a time when the number of illegal immigrants entering the country rose to more than 2 million in the 2023 financial year.

During Biden’s first three years in office, Border Patrol recorded a total of 5,940,511 encounters, a 277 percent increase over the same period during Trump’s term, from 2017 to 2019, according to U.S. Customs and Border Patrol.

Republicans blame Biden for the surge after he relaxed some Trump-era border restrictions — policies the Democrat has called inhumane and ineffective.

Immigration and the border remain top concerns for conservative voters ahead of the Nov. 5 election, in which Biden will seek a second term and Trump is the leading candidate for his party’s nomination.

The Tesla founder has previously argued that obtaining asylum status after illegally crossing the southern border is as easy as a Google search.

Musk visited Eagle Pass, Texas, in September and livestreamed his experience viewing the southern border.

While Biden’s handling of the border has long drawn harsh criticism from Republicans, his fellow Democrats are increasingly calling for stronger action, including from the governor of Arizona and the mayors of New York and Chicago.
