Elliot Page revealed in his new memoir Pageboy that he had a two-year secret relationship with an incarcerated co-star.
The actor, 36, had met the actress – whom he calls ‘Ryan’ – 10 years ago on the set of a movie and they fell ‘desperately in love’ with each other.
Page – who came out as transgender in 2020 – says they had to be very discreet, which included not touching each other in public and keeping the romance hidden from friends and family.
“My partner was more closeted than I was for a change,” writes the Hard Candy star, describing the “discreet but adventurous sex” they had.
