Ellie Goulding’s husband Caspar Jopling enjoys a solo night out

Ellie Goulding’s husband Caspar Jopling was spotted hitting the town at Chiltern Firehouse on Wednesday night, amid reports of trouble in their marriage.

It was reported on Thursday that the couple was spending time apart after being stricken with strife in their four-year marriage and prior to the claims, the art dealer enjoyed a night out with friends at the posh establishment.

The couple, who were seen together at the Serpentine Summer Party earlier this week, welcomed their first child together in 2021, son Arthur.

However, sources claim that due to their busy schedules, their marriage is starting to suffer and they have decided to spend some time apart. The couple is thought to be still close and their son continues to co-parent.

Ellie and Caspar began dating in 2017 and tied the knot two years later in a romantic ceremony at York Minster.

Despite the claims, Ellie and Caspar have been spotted together on multiple occasions, which may help some friends rebuild their marriage.

A source told The sun“There have been ups and downs for a while, but they have always felt strongly that they wanted to stay together so they could both be with their son.

“In the end, they tried to find a compromise where they continue to spend a lot of time together for their son Arthur, but otherwise sometimes lead separate lives for the time being.

“There is no divorce and neither has had a new relationship – the priority is to keep good friends and remain amicable as they work out their next steps so they can stay close and enjoy being mum and dad for Arthur .’
