The 37-year-old singer wore a chic cream cover-up with a lace bra underneath as she watched the sunset on the beach with her new man.
Ellie, who recently discussed her marital breakdown on social media, wore stylish gold sunglasses and her blonde locks were styled in loose waves.
Armando showed off his toned physique as he went shirtless during the outing with a group of friends.
It comes after the pair were spotted packing on the PDA during the romantic outing just days earlier.

Ellie frolicked on the beach and shared kisses and cuddles with the sun-kissed hunk, proving her four-year marriage to husband Caspar, 31, was over after months of speculation.
In a statement released on Friday, Ellie and the art dealer finally spoke about their split, with friends of the couple telling MailOnline that she had ‘moved out a while ago’.
Armando and his brother Gero run the $70-a-night La Puente Surfhouse and hostel on the West Coast and promised the star she’d ride his “wave of the day” on lessons starting at $50.
Ellie appeared to embrace the next chapter as she splashed around in the sea with the surfer and her friends.
The trip to Costa Rica is her second this year. Ellie is said to have met her new love interest during a previous holiday in January.
The sun-kissed surf instructor seen with Ellie is known to his friends as Tio and promises to be a patient teacher and help students “read the sea” as long as they are “patient” and “respect its power.”
He has surfed the same stretch of the Pacific Ocean since he was a child, after his parents moved to the resort town of Playa Hermosa, close to the border with Nicaragua.
‘I’ve been surfing since I was a kid. The waves of Playa Hermosa are my home and I am a very good host,” he wrote on his website.
And the handsome instructor is not only a master of his craft, including his signature ‘backwards attack’, but is also a big hit with his students.
In the photo without her wedding ring, Ellie was seen with Armando wrapping his arms around her waist as they kissed in the sea.
In June, Costa Rican surfer took Shakira for lessons while the hitmaker was on vacation in his home country.

Ellie and her art dealer ex Caspar have reportedly been living separate lives for at least six months, despite trying to patch things up for the sake of their son Arthur, two.
The couple are now expected to divorce after confirming their four-year marriage is over after exhausting all options, MailOnline can reveal.
In a statement, the musician wrote: “In light of the recent stories, I feel I have no choice but to let you all know that Caspar and I privately parted ways some time ago.
“We remain the best of friends and have successfully co-parented with our sons’ best interests at heart. We are committed to protecting our family’s privacy and thank people in advance for respecting our wishes. We will make no further comment. Thank you.’
Friends of the couple told MailOnline that ‘divorce is the only outcome’ following their split after two years of fighting to save their relationship.

A friend said: ‘Ellie and Caspar have been together for a while but there was a whole argument where they pretended to be together.
‘The fact is, it’s over. Ellie moved away a while ago, but she didn’t want anyone to know.’
They continued: ‘But now she enjoys the company of other men and there is simply no turning back.
‘It’s so sad, especially because they have little Arthur, but they can’t make it work and now, very sadly, it’s going to end in divorce. There is no way the marriage can be saved; the only way it can end now is through divorce.

The exes were last seen together on a family day out in October, after the musician ended her friendship with Tory peer Zac Goldsmith to ‘focus on her marriage’.
Ellie and Caspar tied the knot at York Minster in August 2019 with A-list guests including Sienna Miller, Orlando Bloom and Katy Perry.
Their split was first rumored in June 2023, when sources claimed they were “living apart.”
After weeks of discussions about how to reveal their split, the pop star’s team finally revealed they had spent time apart, blaming their “hectic schedules” for the demise of their marriage.
