The adorable post comes a month after they celebrated their 18th anniversary.
At the time, Ellen shared a heartfelt tribute on Instagram to mark their anniversary with her Instagram followers.
In addition to posting a sweet selfie of them outside as the Aussie actress put an arm around her at sunset, Ellen gushed in her caption that she’s “falling more in love with her every day.”

“I’m very grateful for your love,” gushed the producer, who began dating De Portia in 2004 after first meeting three years earlier at a party.
The duo married in August 2008, following the overturning of California’s same-sex marriage ban.
After their initial meeting, the Arrested Development star said that he “never really stopped thinking about” Ellen, despite being in a relationship with Francesca Gregorini, at the time.

Additionally, Ellen said she “couldn’t have gone through” the stress of being accused of fostering a toxic work environment on her show without her other half.
‘It was a horrible time in my life, and she was a rock. She kept me going and tried to help me put things in perspective,” the comedian said.
