The property, located in the privately owned Journeys End Estates in Coral Gables, was first listed in April 2022 for $29 million before lowering it to $27 million eight months later.
She then cut the price again in April 2023, took it off the market, but then put it back on the market and is now keen to snag a buyer.
Unable to sell the two-storey property, she removed the listing in September, before relisting it the following month.
But despite two price cuts, Macpherson has not made any sales.
The supermodel, who was born in Australia before moving to New York in the 1980s, bought the mansion in 2018 for $8.1 million and made it her home after moving from London with her family.
She was reportedly unsure about how much she wanted to sell when she first put it on the market in 2022, but now that her sons Flyn, 26, and Cy, 21, are fully independent and have moved on, she’s ready to take on insist on a sale. .
“She was a little less motivated to sell in 2022,” a friend of the model told DailyMail.com exclusively. ‘She loves the house so much and had offers at the time, but she wasn’t ready to let it go.

The outdoor area has a large saltwater swimming pool and relaxing lounge area surrounded by extensive, manicured gardens with oak, lemon, orange and mango trees.
There is also a private dock and tennis courts for use by Journeys End Estates residents.

Macpherson hired New York City-based AD100 architecture, interior design and landscape firm Sawyer | Berson on purchasing the property, which was previously renovated in 2017 by Miami-based architect Chad Oppenheim.
Proud of the house, Macpherson previously spoke to Architectural Digest about her decision to buy the mansion and revealed it wasn’t what she wanted initially.
“This place is so different from what I had in mind, but I believe in being open-minded and open-minded in life, and this space and location just felt right,” she told the publication in 2019.
