Elizabeth Hurley, 58, reveals the incredibly simple secrets behind her youthful looks: ‘I don’t drink weird green juices’

And the British actress says the secret to her youthful face and incredible figure is very simple: she avoids processed foods.
The 58-year-old says The Sydney Morning Herald this week that she doesn’t subscribe to fad diets.
“My taste is quite simple: I don’t drink strange green juices or anything like that,” she tells the newspaper.
‘I have been paying attention to what I eat for years. I never wanted to eat processed food. Ever since I was a teenager, I’ve always looked at food labels.’

However, she recently made another change and gave up pre-packaged sandwiches.
“I cut all that out over a year ago… I just eat what I would consider completely normal, like fried chicken, mashed potatoes, and a few different vegetables.” It’s definitely not something new or weird,” she said.
When it comes to workouts, Elizabeth says she prefers home gardening to formal exercise.
“I don’t go to the gym, but I’m very active… I don’t really sit still much,” she said, adding: “But I do a lot of gardening – it’s quite flexible, picking things up!”
The beauty previously revealed that the secret to her youthful skin is actually staying out of the sun.
“My tastes are pretty simple: I don’t drink weird green juices or anything like that,” she says. ‘I have been paying attention to what I eat for years. I never wanted to eat processed food.”

Elizabeth regularly posts holiday photos of her in tiny bikinis, but insists she stays in the shade during the hottest parts of the day.
She shared a photo of herself lounging in the sun and wrote: “Waking up LA morning. I only go out in the sun before 9 a.m. and after 6 p.m., otherwise under a large parasol.’
While discussing how she stays in such good shape, she recently said that she “makes time for exercise” and eats “nutritious foods.”
She also avoids eating heavy meals in the evening. Revealing her ‘best’ diet tip, she said: ‘Eat your food earlier in the day so you have more time to digest it and your body can rest during the sleep period.’
Elizabeth recently told Harper’s Bazaar how she maintains her incredible figure and still fits into her famous safety pin dress.
The Aria star said: ‘I don’t exercise, but I am very active. But just because it still fits doesn’t mean I would wear it today; it wouldn’t be appropriate!’
