Talk about The Graham Norton Show earlier this month, Elizabeth said she feels a “much deeper responsibility” to release the film in the wake of Roe v Wade’s destruction.

While the film was made before June, when the U.S. Supreme Court overturned the landmark Roe v Wade ruling that established a constitutional right to abortion, Elizabeth said its relevance had only grown.

She said, “The film was written and made before Roe v Wade was rolled back, but now we feel a much deeper responsibility to get this story out.”

When asked how she talks about sex with her own children, she replied, “I’m not ashamed at all and I’m very open with them.

“I learned from my own mother that those conversations should take place as early and as often as possible.

“The only way to reduce the number of abortions is to provide good sex education so that women understand what’s going on with their bodies, how to protect themselves and learn that sex can be fun.”
