Elite personal trainer, 41, is charged with forcible sexual assault of two young girls whose wealthy families hired him to get them into shape

A Californian trainer hired by wealthy families to coach their young athlete children has been accused of forcibly sexually assaulting two of his young clients, DailyMail.com can reveal.

Keith Dudley, 41, was arrested in March after allegedly sexually assaulting a 15-year-old Moorpark High School student off campus.

Today he was charged with four charges, including digitally penetrating a girl and anally and genitally penetrating another girl with a ‘foreign object’.

Oxnard police Detective Dale McAlpine told DailyMail.com that one of the incidents occurred at Dudley’s home, where he has a makeshift gym.

Oxnard police said the alleged incident happened in March and did not occur on a school campus

The second victim came forward after police released information about Dudley’s March 27 arrest.

He is out on $20,000 bail and will appear in court in Ventura County on Thursday, according to records reviewed by DailyMail.com.

“He has been a trainer for years and we suspect there may be more victims,” Detective Juan Morales told DailyMail.com.

DailyMail.com has contacted Dudley, who has not yet responded to the allegations.

The trainer, who goes by the nickname “Kountry Keith,” has been coaching student athletes at schools and gyms since at least 2016 or 2017.

The 41-year-old’s social media posts show him celebrating at athletic meets with the athletes, their family members and school officials from exclusive private schools such as Oaks Christian in Thousand Oaks, St. Bonaventure High in Ventura and public schools such as Oxnard, Camarillo and Secondary schools in Simi Valley.

One parent contacted by DailyMail.com said he was shocked to learn of the allegations against Dudley, who had worked with his star athlete son at Pacifica High School in Oxnard.

“We have only had positive experiences with Keith in all the years I have known him,” says the shocked parent who wishes to remain anonymous.

Dudley, who was also a track and field athlete in college, regularly shared his training methods online

The personal trainer often brags about his techniques and claims that his young trainees are part of his ‘Kountry Speed University’.

However, the trainer also has a day job as a senior software engineer at Teledyne FLIR, which designs and produces thermal imaging infrared cameras.

According to his LinkedIn bio, Dudley was also a senior software engineer at the U.S. Naval Base Ventura County Point Mugu from 2014 to 1026.

However, he was never an employee at Moorpark High School, where the alleged 15-year-old victim is a student, school officials confirmed to DailyMail.com.

Keith Dudley has educated students in public and private schools in California since at least 2016.

“He is an independent personal trainer and has no affiliation with our district,” said Dan Wolowicz, spokesperson for the Moorpark Unified School District.

“We are cooperating with the Oxnard Police Department as they conduct their investigation, and we are fully committed to supporting our students in any capacity during this process.”

DailyMail.com has contacted officials at several campuses whose students were trained by Dudley, including Oaks Christian, St. Bonaventure, Simi Valley and Oxnard high schools.

Simi Valley Unified School District officials confirmed to DailyMail.com that Dudley was not an employee.

Rocky Valles, a former assistant superintendent at Oxnard Union High School, told DailyMail.com that he hired Dudley to help his son Trey improve his explosive speed.

Trey was a running back for Camarillo High School and was recruited by Ivy Leagues his freshman year, so he decided to coach at Dudley for about a year.

Rocky Valles said he would pay Dudley $300 a month to train his son at least three times a week.

“He was known as the premier speed and agility coach in California,” Rocky Valles told DailyMail.com. “He trained students, whether the athlete was on the track or like my son, who was playing football.

“My son wanted to improve his 40-yard dash and he did. He went from not being known as a running back his freshman year to one of the top running backs his senior year. “And now, a year later, we hear that Kountry Keith has been arrested.”

Valles said his son was also shocked when he told him his former speed coach had been arrested for sexually abusing a minor.

“He said he had never heard of anything like this happening,” Valles said. “There was no suspicion whatsoever that anything was inappropriate.”

In an alarming social media comment from May 2020, Dudley posted a photo of convicted sex offender and R&B singer R. Kelly with the caption: “R. Kelly has tested positive for SHEWASNT-19.”

The trainer jokingly added his own caption: “Please throw away my phone.”

In a May 2020 social post, Dudley joked about singer R. Kelly, who was convicted of three counts of producing child pornography and three counts of enticing a minor to engage in sexual activity.

Parents whose children trained with ‘Kountry Keith’ said he charged at least $300 a month

Moorpark Unified officials sent a message to parents informing them of the allegations.

The message read: “Today, March 28, the Moorpark Unified School District board was notified of an arrest last night, March 27, of Keith Dudley, a personal trainer from Oxnard, by investigators from the Family Protection Unit Oxnard Police Department.

‘Keith Dudley was arrested for allegedly sexually assaulting a Moorpark High School student.

Although Keith Dudley, an independent personal trainer, is not and has never been an employee of Moorpark Unified School District, our district is committed to the safety and support of our students, and we will speak with Oxnard Police Department detectives to determine whether there is any assistance we can provide as their investigation progresses.’

In the meantime, Dudley’s Amazon page remains active, where he earns commissions for recommending athletic supplies like stopwatches and barefoot shoes.

He also promotes healthy juice drinks and supplements on his own site. Dudley continues to post inspirational quotes on his X account, formerly known as Twitter.

“The best athletes on the field are normally the best athletes off the field,” the coach says in one of his posts. ‘What you do outside your sport matters.’
