Robb grabbed the rebound on a second attempt before spinning onto the field with just 3.3 seconds left in the ball game.
The six-foot senior was met with little opposition as he dribbled three times before charging up to shoot with 1.0 seconds left.
His effort from behind the Georgia State logo was somewhat controversial, if half-hearted.
