Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi drives wife Princess Beatrice and his son Wolfie and sister-in-law Princess Eugenie in Windsor – one week before release of Scoop

Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi has been photographed driving through Windsor with his wife Prince Beatrice, 35.

Also in the car are the couple’s stepson Wolfie, eight, whose mother is Dara Huang, and his wife’s sister Princess Eugenie, 34.

The sighting takes place during an unusual weekend for the royal family.

They are faced with a much more austere Easter than usual as King Charles and the Princess of Wales both receive treatment for cancer.

While a much smaller group of royals attend church and perhaps enjoy their annual lunch in Windsor, the Wales – the prince and princess and their three children – will have some quiet time alone in Norfolk.

Easter is usually one of the bigger weekends for the Royals, with crowds lining up to catch a glimpse of The Firm’s members as they make their way to and from Sunday service, before retiring at Windsor Castle to spend time with the family.

While the family faces a very different Easter than usual, the Yorks in particular are also faced with some extra stress.

The Netflix drama chronicles the story behind the interview with the disgraced Duke of York, played by Rufus Sewell, 56, and also features an almost unrecognizable Billie Piper in a blonde wig and high heels.

The actress stars as Sam McAlister, the Newsnight producer who secured Prince Andrew’s infamous 2019 interview with Emily Maitlis, played by 55-year-old Gillian Anderson.

The film will provide a behind-the-scenes look at how the interview came together and how the events surrounding it unfolded.

It is based on Scoops by Sam McAlister, who is also known as the ‘Booker extraordinaire’ on Newsnight after successfully negotiating and securing the interview in which the Duke was questioned about his friendship with late convicted sex offender Jeffery Epstein.

Ms Maitlis discussed Virginia Giuffre’s claims that she was forced to have sex with Andrew three times when she was 17 on Epstein’s orders.

The prince strongly denied the claims during the interview.
