EDEN CONFIDENTIAL: Model Jasmine Lennard is ‘heartbroken’ by death of Crazy Town singer Shifty Shellshock, with whom she has a teenage son
Jasmine Lennard was already “completely traumatised” and “exhausted” by the illness of her mother, former Bond girl Marilyn Galsworthy, who fell into a coma last month, and is now grieving for the father of her son.
Seth Binzer, the frontman of the American rap-rock group Crazy Town, was found dead at his home in Los Angeles on Monday at the age of 49.

Seth Binzer, the frontman of the American rap-rock group Crazy Town, was found dead in his Los Angeles home on Monday at the age of 49.
The singer, better known as Shifty Shellshock, is believed to have died of an accidental drug overdose.
Jasmine, 38, has a 13-year-old son, Phoenix, with Binzer.
“We are heartbroken,” she tells me. “He was a troubled soul, but a beautiful soul and he had a heart of gold. He struggled with addiction his whole life. God knows, he tried so hard to fight his demons, but unfortunately he lost his battle.”
Florence’s next move? Cuddle!
Oppenheimer’s star Florence Pugh has enjoyed enormous success in Hollywood, but the daughter of the Oxford restaurateur needs a rest.
“I’ve just finished my second Marvel film, and it was quite big,” she tells me at Glastonbury, where she introduced Dune: Part Two at the on-site Pilton Palais Cinema.

The actress, 28, who plays Princess Irulan Corrino in the hit film, added: ‘What now? I think it’s a bit of a break from acting. I need to do some dancing, and I need to cuddle some friends, and I just need to enjoy myself.”
The clever set talks about… Baronet bids farewell to 700-year-old family castle
Although he hates filling out forms, Baron Sir Thomas Ingilby admits he likes to ask one question: ‘How long at the moment?’
In the answer he always writes: ‘700 years.’
Sadly, he will not be able to write for much longer as he is to put his estate, Ripley Castle, near Harrogate in Yorkshire, up for sale, ending more than seven centuries ‘as a beloved family home’.
He says the sale, which will take place later this year, has “the full support of their family.”
The 14th-century house, which is a listed building, has beautiful gardens, lakes, a deer park, walled gardens, greenhouses and a kitchen garden.
It is a wedding venue and hosts the Ripley Show every year.

The listed 14th century house has beautiful grounds, lakes, a deer park, walled gardens, greenhouses and a kitchen garden. The sale could also include houses and a pub in the village.
The sale is also likely to include the pub, hotel and restaurant, plus some houses in the village.
Sir Thomas, 68, who has five children with his wife Emma, will continue to live nearby and ‘concentrate on their other interests’.
Earlier this month I announced that another baronet, Sir Philip Williams, had put his stunning Bridehead estate in Dorset up for sale for £30 million, after it had lived in his family for seven generations.
Could this be the prospect of a Labor government?
She’s spent most of her career hearing gunfire, but at 58, former war correspondent turned filmmaker Charlotte Eagar appears to have taken on her most daunting task yet.
I can reveal she responded to a last-minute call from Tory HQ to stand in Liverpool’s Wavertree constituency. She is running against Labour’s Paula Barker, who had a majority of 27,000 in 2019.
“In some ways this is a challenging time for a conservative, but it’s also an exciting time,” Eagar tells me.
Tomorrow, England’s round of 16 match against Slovakia will not be broadcast at Glastonbury. The music festival’s founder, Sir Michael Eavis, has strong opinions about the sport.
“I just don’t understand how they can continue with this without changing the rules,” the dairy farmer explains.
‘The offside rule really should be abolished.
“Then there would be more goals – it will be more fun, and everyone will be happier.”
(Very) modern manners
The restaurant is located in the building that used to house Le Caprice, but the chic 80s-style decor of the London restaurant Arlington can’t match the ‘style’ of some new guests.
This week, several men showed up in shorts and T-shirts, stunning other attendees.
Restaurateur Jeremy King reopens Le Caprice as Arlington in Arlington, once a favorite haunt of Princess Diana
“I know the weather is hot, but this is St. James’s, not Bermuda,” said one Trenchman, who was a regular at Le Caprice, where Princess Diana often had lunch.
“I don’t expect to see hairy legs when I eat my steak tartare.”
Jeremy King, the owner of the stylish Arlington property, doesn’t mind the decline in dress codes.
“I hate dress codes,” he tells me.
