Ed Westwick is MARRIED! Gossip Girl actor ties the knot with stunning Amy Jackson in lavish ceremony in Italy and sweetly declares: ‘The journey has just begun’

Ed Westwick married his beautiful partner Amy Jackson this weekend in an extravagant ceremony on Italy’s Amalfi Coast.

The 37-year-old Gossip Girl star, who proposed to the 32-year-old Bollywood actress during a ski holiday earlier this year, Instagram on Sunday to share snaps from the big day.

Amy looked stunning in a flowing white wedding dress with a flattering strapless design, paired with a chic lace veil.

Next to her, her devoted husband Ed looked handsome in a sharp white suit and black bow tie as he gazed at her with adoration.

He wrote, “The journey has just begun,” adding a ring emoji.

The 37-year-old Gossip Girl star, who proposed to the 32-year-old Bollywood actress earlier this year during a ski vacation, shared snaps from the big day on Instagram on Sunday (seen in March).

Amy stood with a beautiful bouquet of white roses in front of an impressive floral arch at sunset.

She wore her long, dark locks slicked back and opted for a radiant makeup look as she looked at the camera with a cheerful gaze.

Earlier this week, the two shared a kiss when they landed in Italy on Thursday, before their wedding.

Ed grabbed her cheekily in the update. As they prepared to get married, Amy wore an incredible white lace wedding dress, featuring a high-neck design and a sheer, fringed skirt.

She wore a floral headpiece, while Ed looked stylish in a pinstripe shirt and cream-colored pants.

The couple were accompanied by their family and friends, including film producer Mohammed Al Turki, who introduced them for the first time.

Amy shared a few snaps on Instagram, writing, “Let’s get married, baby!”

In March, the couple were spotted leaving 1 Hotel Mayfair to celebrate their engagement with friends and family at French restaurant L’Atelier Robuchon in London.

He wrote in the caption, “The journey has just begun” and added a ring emoji (seen at their pre-wedding party)

“The planning tonight has really got us excited about our wedding,” Ed told The Ny Breaking. “It was so special to have our friends and family together to celebrate.”

Ed, who grew up in Stevenage, Herts, met Amy, a Bollywood star with a four-year-old son from an ex-boyfriend, at Silverstone Racecourse in 2021.

A source told The Sun on Sunday at the time: ‘Ed and Amy are a great match. They clicked straight away.

“Both are fun loving and career oriented. They are excited to get to know each other now.”

The couple made their official Instagram account just before Valentine’s Day 2022. Jackson wrote a sweet message on her social media just in time for the occasion.

She wrote: ‘Happy Valentine’s Day baby – forever grateful for the endless belly laughs and ultimate love!’

Last year the couple moved to a new house and they have been busy renovating.

‘We’ve got a new place in the countryside just outside London,’ he told the Ny Breaking of his move from the capital. ‘I’m in the process of decorating the house now — I’m a bit of an interior designer.’

Ed got down on one knee during a trip to the Swiss Alps in January and asked the Bollywood actress to be his wife in front of a large audience.

Speaking of Amy, he added: “It’s amazing — she’s my best friend. She’s a great mother, all those things that you want that I saw with my mother and father. I hope I can have my version.”

Last year, when asked in an interview with HELLO! magazine about the prospect of marriage and children, Ed said: ‘Yes! One hundred percent. I grew up in a wonderful family where my mother and father were married.

‘My parents loved each other dearly until the end. I idolized them and their relationship.
