Singer Ed Sheeran’s tour partner has confirmed that his teenage son has been murdered.
Musician Ben Kweller said his 16-year-old son Dorian was a great musician and recorded songs “every day”.
He paid tribute to the teenager, saying he was a ‘true legend’ with a ‘gentle soul’. In a statement, Kweller said: “Our son, Dorian Zev Kweller, was murdered last night. He was only 16 years old and he was a true legend.
‘Kind and gentle soul, friend to all. If you met him, you know. We will never get over it while we are here on earth.

Ben, who has worked regularly with British artist Ed Sheeran, said he is “completely shocked” by his son’s death.
‘Please keep his spirit alive with your memories and the music he made. Dorian Zev wrote and recorded songs every day.

‘My baby was at the starting line with so much life ahead of her… I have no idea why things like this happen.
“We are in complete shock and don’t know what the future holds. Lizzy, Judah and I have no idea how to deal with this mess.
It’s unclear exactly how the teen died. His record label, The Noise Room, said his death was caused by a “tragic event.”
