Ed Sheeran is all smiles as he catches up with Shane Warne’s three children in Melbourne, before the singer receives a touching gift.
Ed Sheeran couldn’t wipe the smile off his face on Thursday as he had an emotional reunion with the three children of his late friend Shane Warne in Melbourne.
Sheeran, who currently performs in Australia, was a close friend of the late cricket legend and often ran into Shane during his Australian tours.
The English superstar, 32, posed with Brooke, 25, Jackson, 23 and Summer, 21, as they presented him with a photo of Ed with his father and a bottle of wine.
The Bad Habits hitmaker wore a black T-shirt with ‘Melbourne’ printed across the front and matching pants, while the Warne brothers rocked a smart-casual look.
Jackson Warne posted the snaps on Instagram and captioned them with some sweet words.

Shane Warne died in March last year at the age of 52 while on holiday with friends in Koh Samui, Thailand.
Last year, Ed delivered an emotional tribute to Shane during an episode of The Project.
Jackson Warne posted the snaps on Instagram and captioned them with some sweet words.
The British musician described the cricket legend as “a lovely person inside and out”, recalling the moment the couple first met.
After host Carrie Bickmore asked how the pair became so close, Ed said: “We met in 2014, when I was doing the Logies.” She was staying at the hotel next to mine, do you remember she had that club at the Crown?
He was referring to Warne’s 23 Club in Melbourne, which closed in 2019.

“He took me and my friends there, and that was like the first time I went out with him,” Ed smiled.
Ed then recalled a fond memory of Shane’s from 2015, when the Shape Of You hitmaker was doing their first Australian arena tour.
‘It took me in the networks at the MCG. I was bowling against my dad, and my dad was doing the hits and everything,” she laughed.
The couple were last photographed together in April 2021 after the singer had a guys’ night out in Melbourne with Shane and their son Jackson.
