As Ecuador elects its youngest-ever president as president, the Latin American nation has also welcomed a new First Lady to the presidential palace.
Angela Lavinia Valbonesi Acosta Noboa, 25, will move to the Carondelet Palace with her husband, Daniel Noboa, and their son Alvaro, after Mr Noboa, 35, of the National Democratic Action Party, won the general election.
As Angela prepares to become the new First Lady of Ecuador, it will be a break from her first career as a glamorous influencer and nutritionist documenting her home and family life on TikTok and Instagram.
Among the content she shares on her social media platforms are clips of healthy snack recipes she makes for her son.
Stylish Angela also shares her outfits of the day with followers – and recently revealed that she takes style inspiration from the British Royal Family, and Princess Diana in particular.

Angela told Italian newspaper Republica: “I am inspired by Lady Diana.”
During the presidential campaign for her husband Daniel, from the center-right party, some fans noticed the similarities in Angela’s outfits compared to iconic looks of members of the royal family, including Kate Middleton and Princess Diana.
In particular, she appeared on the campaign trail with her husband wearing a crisp white suit, reminiscent of Kate’s beloved custom Alexander McQueen suit.
Pictured on the campaign trail visiting rural communities in Ecuador, Angela wore a white linen shirt and beige chinos, echoing Princess Diana’s functional outfit she wore when she visited a minefield in Angola in 1997.

As she uses her social media presence to share snippets of her family life with the people of Ecuador, Angela praises her husband for his values.
In August, she wrote on Instagram: “I’ve always been proud of you, but today I’m happy that more people can see what I’ve always seen. I am overflowing with pride for you and I am sure that after Today, Ecuador is ready to choose you as the best option to govern this country.”
Mr. Noboa ran his campaign on a promise to crack down on violent crime and crack down on cocaine trafficking in Ecuador.

After his opponent, Luisa Gonzalez, conceded the election on Saturday evening, Noboa issued a statement to the people of Ecuador, promising a new beginning.
He said: ‘Tomorrow we start working for this new Ecuador, we start working to rebuild a country badly damaged by violence, corruption and hatred.
‘Starting tomorrow, hope will start working. From tomorrow, Daniel Noboa will start working as your new president.’
Noboa himself comes from extreme wealth and is the heir to a fortune of millions of banana plantations.
Angela was born in Chone, western Ecuador, the only child of an Italian father, but grew up in the Galapagos Islands made famous by Charles Darwin.
The clinical nutritionist, model and influencer has more than 366,000 followers on Instagram and 242,000 followers on TikTok where she gives eating tips.
Angela said of her husband’s victory, “What you ask from your heart is what God gives you.”
“I uploaded this photo with this phrase a little over two years ago, during my honeymoon with Daniel, the beginning of what I asked most of God, my family.”
